The built-in transformer in the DW8000, I believe, supports both 110V and 240V operation, you just change the pins on the transformer primary winding that the AC power cord and switch are wired to. There's basically four pins, two of which are used, and two that are unused. Unsolder the wires from the used pins and re-solder them to the unused pins and voila-self-conversion to Europe power.
(I like to put a new sticker on the back to indicate the new voltage.)
You can also change out the plug if you want to, or just use a simple plug adapter.
I converted my Europe-wired EX-8000 to US voltage that way when I also changed out the 2-prong power socket for a standard IEC 3-prong socket so I can use standard computer power cords. (Shown with photos at dw8000.com, although I didn't write up the transformer conversion, it's just "move the two wires to the unused pins.")
