Hi I think you will have to open up the machine and re-solder the connections ....these are PCB mounted sockets and very easy to do.......Had similar with all the ones Ive had

Hello,
The left channel on my DW8k seems to be dead, I cannot get any sound out of either the headphone output or the left channel output. I've tried on multiple headphones and stereos. Has anyone had this problem and/or know what the problem/fix may be? Any info would help. Thank you.
