I use an Encore Electronics Knobby (http://www.encoreelectronics.com/cont_knob1.html) and it is still sold by them. They have the dw8000 patch (and many other synths and things) in a library and you can download it into your Knobby. It is very high quality box and the dw loves it (me too). You should be aware that some parameters in the dw do not use all 128 steps of midi control so there is audible stepping during real time control (the midi spec in manual shows this if i recall correctly). Midi control of the delay has yielded me some great glitchfests. good luck ps what you really want though is: http://www.musitronics.de/musitronics.org/products/dw8000_ex_e.html
