Hi, welcome :)
Red lines and flashing lights are imo the result of a defect ROM/RAM or
the contacts of the ROM/RAM need to be re-wired or re-soldered. As many
other Synths with CPU´s also do, the ROM needs to be first copied into
the RAM, so the DW can work with it. If the DW-CPU has a internal
RAM/ROM, you have to order a new CPU from KORG (if it´s still
available).
Maybe there´s also Trash inside the program memory. Clear RAM procedure:
Turn off the DW, hold down number keys 5 and 8, turn it on. if the DW
works now, re-load the factory sounds from Tape.
