Subject: RE: [DW8000] New here

My poly 61 just started acting up.
I sold it to a friend 14 years ago and it sat in their
closet. They just gave it back to me 6 months ago.
It worked fine after a key contact cleaning.
I don't play it for a month, turn it on and suddenly I
have unpredictable "portamento" on about the lower
third of the keyboard.
Still has original battery. I don't know if that
could explain it.
Any ideas?
thanks
