Hello fellow Korg users :-) , I recently bought a Poly-61 and I'm loving this tonal quality of this synth !! Sadly it has one issue I'm hoping to resolve. The issue occurs when the VCA - EG mode is set to 1 in a patch. Voices 5/6 have issues . For example if I select factory patch 22 which has eg mode set to 1, it's a slow evolving pad and voices 5/6 have fast attacks and voice 5 sounds a little shall I say less nice than voice 6. In any other patch where the Eg mode is set to 0 all voices are perfect. So I tested the voice board and checked 5/6 and came to the conclusion it was on the Cpu board given I can redirect the cables on the board to pass the Cpu board voice 5 through voice 4 on the voice board and it's fine. Intern I'm trying to track down what IC could be at fault on the cpu board. Does anyone have any thought's they would be kind enough to share as to possible IC's to test ? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
