Hello, its the unregulated +11v that is to high on both machines.
Since yesterday Ive fixed the EX8000 completely except for that problem.
Ive been told not to worry to much about it since its unregulated, and Ive seen it only affects the leds basically and the ICs for that tolerates it.
The DW however has a bad problem, its pitch isnt working.
Just the same note most of the time, although keys work fine.
CPU should be working unless its possible for just parts of it to break down.
MIDI is working somewhat, its output reads alright, as well as it reacts to dumps, but dumps go no further than the CPU, only what I program by hand is saved.
So some problem with whatever happens to the note commands after the CPU? Anyone seen that before, tips? Where should I test for pitch to see where the pitch stops?
Pitch bend works (though backwards sometimes) as well as the direct separation commands, its just the basic pitch voltage/commands that dont get to the oscillators.
