Okay, so there’s also some examplesof CR2032 battery holders with 3 pins in my google search results. The twosynths I just worked on had only 2 pins and I was just working from what I sawinstalled into the circuit boards. There’s also CR2030 or close coin cellequivalents with the soldered on pins but why would you want to go on disassemblingyour DW/EX and soldering on new batteries? Here’s some: http://compare.ebay.com/like/261117769598?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar

There’s lots of choices for battery holders. Theyactually only have two leads that connect to the circuit boards.

Thanks,bugsiwabbit.....Yes,CR2032.I sawLOTS of these all around, but none of them had the three pre-soldered pins onthem (one on one side, two on the other one....).Do you mean the firms yousuggested me have these special ones? I'm going to check,anyway.....

expanders, I already knew I had to change the old batteries (mainly CR 232,if Iam not wrong) in order to make them work again.Unluckily, they have pre-solderedpins ( three, if I am still not wrong...). I could do it by myself, but I don'tknow where to purchase this kind of batteries. Any help welcome andblessed!

It's a CR2032, and it is possibly the single most common coin-cell battery onthe planet. You can find them ANYWHERE. Radio Shack, Target, Sears, Walmart,Amazon, eBay, CVS Pharmacy, and other wretched hives of scum and villainy.Digi-Key sells them for $0.28.
