Yes. Both sides of the switch are wired in parallel.

On some programs, like my sequencer, I wanted momentary switches for
selecting data or menu items. On other programs, I wanted non-
momentary switches so I could use them as a mode. I decided when I
built my CVS I would just incorporate both modes by using a On-Off-
(On) switch.
