Subject: Schematic files again

I was wondering where the posting of the reference design in
schematic format is?
I voluntarily helped Brice with the schematic design of the PSIM.
Just as I voluntarily did the faceplate artwork and designed the
prepatch for the Evenfall Minimodular. I thought it was fun and I
never expected to see a dime (both Brice and Chris MacDonald sent me
a free finished device, but I never demanded it, nor was it a
condition to help them with their projects).
Many kind Ham radio guys and electronics engineers mentored me during
my life and I try to give back in the same spirit. My Dad's Ham
buddies would have knocked this whole thing out in a weekend of beer
drinking, and thought it was a hoot to boot.
Is the reluctance to post those existing schematic files based on the
fear that some one may use them to make a quick buck? Or is the issue
related to a fear of legal liability in some way?
I hand drew some simple schematics, scanned and e-mailed them to
Harry who converted them into .pcx drawings. Dave Brown injected some
good improvements into those .pcx drawings and converted them into PC
Express format schematic files.
This is why I am confused about the reluctance to share this
information. The CVS is not a commercially viable product, but rather
a good high school science fair type thing. Even if someone used
Dave, Harry and my information to do a board run, the amount of money
it could generate is laughably small.
Wouldn't a disclaimer that the drawings are untested cover any
liability?
Twice now I have pushed to make this device avaiable to hobbiests,
and twice the effort has have failed for no reason I can understand.
