I'd highly recommend the Mouser 16HR655 MIDI connectors. Nice, well
made, and no screw holes. I've got the pattern on my .fpd files.
It's got a very slight notch for anti-rotation. You just have to be
careful not to put them 'too' close together so you have room to
rotate the nuts on the rear. I don't think anyone would put them this
close.

I think my pattern for the LCD is correct. I have a panel coming by
Monday that I will verify. Note that the opening is not centered with
the mounting screws.

Nice looking design (although I don't use this format).
