The shark music from "Jaws" would be much easier ;-) That "cello
edge" patch was one of a dozen or so an1x patches I copied on the
Ion. Later I found a Micron preset(the Yo-Yo Ma's) that was closer to
a real cello. I was going to copy more an1x patches over to Ion, but
there are too many differences between the two. Quite a few an1x
patches use hard sync/FM at same time. An1x has same osc serving as
sync master and FM modulator; this cannot be done on Ion, which is
also missing the osc "edge" parameter. I have the plg150an, and I'm
constantly suprised how versatile it can be... best $240. I ever
spent. -
