Jerry, what you need to see what's up is an ohmmeter. Measure the
resistance at the farthest ends of the pedal sweep. If the pedal never
reaches 0 ohms, then that problem can most likely be fixed. Just open it up
and make sure the pot is adjusted (loosen the shaft nut and turn the pot
until you get 0 ohms and retighten). If the problem is at the other end of
the resistive range, then the Roland can't be made to work with the AN
correctly without replacing the pot.
