I don't think it's possible to get new decals.
I would use rub-on transfer letters instead.
Search for 84130-05 for letters or 84150-05 for numbers here:
http://www.emsdiasum.com/microscopy/products/photographic/graphics.aspx?mm=14Rub the missing letters on and secure with a thin layer of transparent
nail polish.
