I disagree!
If somebody on this list wanted to use their AN1X or PLG150-AN in conjunction with a USB or MIDI Controller then surely a question posed through the list was seeking an answer to that very topic and this is valid..
The fact that the original poster did not mention this does not mean his posting was "off topic" or indeed, the answers provided by members of the list!
To suggest we or I was talking about "sewing" or "race cars" is a little over the top..
Your response is your "opinion".. I agree, that to wander too far off topic strays from conventions of a mailing list, but if you read the reply postings made you'll find the information was sound knowledge of said products and only intended as help and advice in a friendly manner..
The fact you seem to be displaying emotion regarding these replys says something about yourself and not the posters..
I think you were upset receiving large mails in your mailbox from this AN1X list when you've been used to receiving short mails or, hardly any activity at all..
I applogise (English spelling) if you think I have offended you and others on the list, or for being the instigator for the list reacting to a stimulus and answering the original question so elequently but I guess sometimes its also a good idea to accept that these things sometimes happen with comunication. The intention was to help not offend..
Patience and understanding, its what's lacking in the world.. A little more and it'd be a better world we live in!
