simplify
Try the an1x to one of the synths you wish to control first. See if that works first.
Some midi thrus are not true. I do not know about the ones you have. I have some that only pass the info from that unit out and block the rest. Others I have pass everything including that unit on.
How I troubleshoot a large set up like this, is one at a time to ensure I have signal and it is set to act on that input. That way, bad cables and forgetting to turn it on in the settings is eliminated.
Try the one on one first. If you want you can email off list, I will try to help you as much as I can. I am setting up my stuff right now too after a move. So things like this are a bit fresh in my mind right now.

Iam trying to use my AN1X as a master keyboard to control my rack synths,but not getting any sound even in cubase.
I also can not use the voices on AN1XEDIT along side cubase in an1x mode,I can only use the onboard presets on my AN1X.
Iam using winxp,cubase,xgedit,an1xedit and midi-ox.
My AN1X is set to recive,transmit etc on ch2.
My midi cable connections are:
AN1X midi out to sw1000 midi in
sw1000 midi out to AN1X midi in
AN1X midi thru to rack synth1 midi in
rack synth1 mdi thru to rack synth2 midi in
AN1Xedit (AN1X mode):
midi in=none
midi out=midi yoke1
midi thru=unticked
cubse MME midi setup:
input=sw1000 midi in,midi yoke1
output=sw1000 synth 1&2,sw1000 midi out
can someone please very kindly give me any tips?
