Hi Alan,

I can imagine your problems with your different routings. I do use a
midi patcher/mixer to change between different midi routings.
A Roland A-880, rather old but working great. It has 8 midi inputs and
8 midi outputs and you can connect every input to every output by
simple button pushes. You can store 64 differnt setups in it, but in
practice it works so simple I just tap in the needed routing on the
fly. I know there are more devices on the market with this kind of
functionality so a little investigation should give you more
alternatives.

Hope this helps.

Grtz Wan
