I don't think you're going to have an issue with the AN1x 'wall
wart' power supply. Assuming you keep your instruments
plugged into a quality surge suppressor, or even a line
conditioner or UPS, it should be okay. If you search the list
archives you'll be hard pressed to find many - if any - issues with
the AN1x power supply. Also, the PA-3B from Yamaha is widely
available and inepensive at that - you could keep a second unit
on hand at little expense.

The laptop adapter Burce proposed would be a VERY nice
alternative. I might have to shoot him an email...;-)
