Perhaps try to go for the sound of Hammond organ Left hand bass, very
smooth. Won't exactly sound like a string bass or electric bass but close
and if you use the attack transients that are on the Hammond like patch on
the AN1X, it will be smooth.

The organ registration is 16'-5 1/3'-8'

The 16 and 8 are full out, the 51/3' about half way.

16 would be the sub, 5 1/3 the "sub 5th" and 8' the fundamental .

This is the terminology Hammond uses.....if not try fundamental-5th-octave,
probably will get a similar result.

You could use sine waves to build the patch.....or filter another wave form
until you get it close to a sine wave sound and then build it up from there.

Just a suggestion. I am never too satisfied with bass patches myself on
synths if I am trying for an electric or string bass emulation.
