You didn't mention if there was everything all right in Matrix ...
May be there's something modulating an OSC volume in Matrix..
Or may be you got a filter. so 'self-resonate' with a very high Resonance..
?
Also - I am not sure - but having Feedback on a very high setting can do
something like that ?
Check this stuff...
(or check another synth being controlled by MIDI may be while you play
AN-1x) ? ;-)
