It depends...if you have a number of MIDI and Audio tracks
running simultaneously in your MIDI/Audio sequencer (Logic
Audio, Cubase, Sonar, ProTools Free) you might find it beneficial
to simple sync the AN1x Seq/Arp until you're ready for mixdown.
At that point record the AN1x audio output to a stereo track and
then MUTE the track containing the original MIDI data.

Recording the output of the AN1x Arp/Seq into your sequencer
allows you to reassign that data to other MIDI modules and/or
PlugIns - which can be VERY useful! In this case, set the MID Ptn
Tx Ch value (under the VOICE ARP/SEQ menu) to a MIDI
Channel other than the base Trns Ch your AN1x is set too. Once
you've successfully recorded the output from the AN1x Arp/Seq
into your sequencer simply resave the current AN1x Voice with
the Arp/Seq diabled! Now when you recall the AN1x voice in your
sequece it will respond to the note data without double triggering
the Arp/Seq (which I'm sure MANY of us have done inadvertanly
over time.)

HTH.
