I wish I'd heard what you were trying to say:-( Sometimes the
significance just doesn't 'click' if you don't make use of the
feature yourself...

I kind of agree with this which is why I believe it's up to us to help
them, i.e., Yamaha, NI, etc, understand our expcetations.
Granted the AN1x is five years old and it ∗did∗ see a couple of
minor bug fixes. Too bad more of us did have more on the ball a
couple of years ago :-(

There was some NI discussion on the Absynth list and the plan
is supposedly to have OS X ports completed by end of year - end
of year 2003! Ha ha ha Eighteen months? Are they kidding? ha
haha
I think NI may have bitten off more than they can chew - they're
product update schedule is not at al 'Mac friendly.' You've already
heard me gripe about the lack of updates to BATTERY and
Absynth. Granted there are valid technical reasons for the
Absynth delay (going cross platform and enhacing the uderlying
audio engine for ∗future∗ updates) but BATTERY is just out & out
being neglected in favor of KONTAKT. How is that going to
persuade me to buy KONTAKT? It's not I tell you.
