Hm, you make me curious. Do you have some MP3´s on the net using the
EX5 specific engine? What is the FDSP engine exactly? Can you mix the
AN with all the other engines(AWM, FDSP, Sampler)?

Well, if i look at my DB50XG, it isn´t a little tweaking,...i
recommend you to visit xgmidi.wtal.de and check some of the MIDI-
files there, the composers used the possibilities of XG in a very
creative and fantastic way. It doesn´t actually sound like XG. (The
EX5 can play XG-MIDI-files, right?)

Ups, really? I have no noise at all when i switch mine on...
