Ouch! Can you scale the amount of change by using the Assign Knobs BUT
mapping them to CC's via the Ctrl Matrix (under VOICE/SCENE SETUP) as
opposed to under the Ctrl Device menu (under UTILITIY/SETUP)? That
would permit your to make the same changes but limit the amount of +/-
scaling. Kind of PIA workaround really :-/

I've have a friend who repairs/constructs bass & guitars. He's
mentioned cleaning the pots on some of his gear. Let me ask him what he
uses and I'll get back to you. I've a nagging feeling this is going to
be a ∗long term∗ AN1x feeling. Hope I'm wrong...
