Speaking of which, Mac OS X has the lowest audio latency of them all. Linux
with some fancy (and experimental) software does a little better with no
system load, but Mac OS X keeps the same latency under high load, whereas
the others all get higher latencies.
Software and drivers also seem to be coming to OS X, so this will be
interesting to look at in due time.
I have a PC at the moment, but the thing that attracts me about OS X is its
Unix based kernel.
