I have this idea:

Why don't we have some sort of like
a friendly challenge in the creation of various sounds
every now and then, where every once in a while someone
comes up with an idea, for let's say: a funky organ sound,
a highat sound, a snare, a bassdrum, who can make the 'nicest'
airy pad, or droney bassey pad, psychedelic pad? and so on! :)
This can be VERY handy if someone is looking for a specific sound,
but doesn't have time to create a variety of different 'species' ;)
of the same sound. And at the same time we are building a nice database
of an1x sounds, which could become handy at ANY TIME :)
Ofcourse, this is not a competition you HAVE to participate in... it is
just
for funt, if you have some extra time on your hands, and if you feel
like twiddling up some new sounds :)

My idea is as follows:
We can do this on let's say a regular basis, let's say every month
a new topic, OR whenever someone has an idea they can post ahead, and
we'll read it on the list and participate if we want.

How does this sound to you all? I thought it was a VERY nice idea. :)

If there's any reactions to this, i will read them on the list.
