I hope Jon doesn't mind me mentioning (but I only do so when I think that my software can help a query :-) ), but an.factory over at www.xfactory-librarians.co.uk can export voice listings in a variety of formats compatible with most sequencers, and it also includes HTML, XML and SpreadSheetML formats. The latter creates an XML formatted spreadsheet that Microsoft Excel can read.
If all you want is a plain text output, I could easily add that to the export formats as well: just tell me the format that you want! I'm about to do a new release soon, so let me know ASAP and I'll squeeze it in.
HTH
