On Topic Bit:
After listening to some Net Patches- I've found a great percentage of them are "stacked"- or 2 scenes sounding at once (limiting polyphony to 5 voices).
Reminds me of Romplers that had "Wow" presets to sell themselves (the multiple layers drowned in effects patches).
Am I alone when I feel disappointed- hear a cool sound and then the voices rob & cutoff horribly when I play it ?
And--Why do they call them "scenes"? Wouldn't "layer" be more appropriate?
gripe gripe gripe- just shoot me eh?
Off topic part:

Australia - "THE FAIRLIGHT"!!!!!!!!
Beat That!
Cheers,
Phil :-)
I agree--Can't beat THE coolest Sampler of all time.
Which brings up a point- I guess my lame-ass list was old AND new synth companies- as I respect an instrument's sound - not age.
And also- France- the RSF Kobol.
