All of the Yamaha AN editors will run under Classic on a G5 PPC.
Obviously none of these are Universal Binary but you could always
run them under Windows using Bootcamp on your MacTel PPC.

And 2nd hand G3 or G4 PPC's & Powerbooks can be had for a song on
eBay...
