Or maybe one of Emu's ESI samplers for the piano....these don't use .wav files without conversion or a PC link, but the Emu sample disk series should have enough piano sample banks to keep you happy. Then you have a sampler for other things like church bells (did you say this was for a church?), cathedral organs, a bigger choir or anything else that can be sampled......there is a Yahoo user group for Emu samplers that can help (I own a couple of Emu samplers).

Your best bet cheap is M Audio's key rig software for a hundred bucks.
Workstation quality piano with good oragan and electric piano.
