2 things :
the piano is (with the violin) one of the trickiest instruments to
emulate with electronics.
the AN1X is a modern "reissue"∗ of old time analog synths dedicated
mostly to sound research, more than realistic imitation of existing
instruments.
This said, you have a good ∗electric∗ piano in the factory presets ,
it's called "Whitney E.P." . If you're looking for an acoustic piano
sound the better way is to get a dedicated expander (Alesis or Kurzweil,
i know both but you can find others) plugged in your AN1X. Or with more
room and money, buy an electronic piano with sampled sounds , 88
weighted keys and so on ....

∗Soundwise, yes, but on an electronic point of view, no. It is "virtual
analog" , i.e. the analog circuits of yesterdays are replaced by DSP
based sound generation with real time controls .
