Who determined that it was due to bad packaging? If it's the shipping company is it possible that they destroyed it as they've done countless times before and are just blaming the seller to avoid paying a claim? I lost an Ensoniq ESQ1 in an Anvil type case, they said it was bad packaging but the two fork lift holes in this expensive case told me otherwise, I knew the seller and he didn't have a forklift...

Shouldn't it be the responsibility of the person you bought the synth from
to fix the problem their poor packaging has caused?
