Subject: [AN1x] Re: Using a foot for scene switching?

From: "lou.kadassy" <lou.kadassy@...>
Date: 2006-09-14

I'm not sure it will work (I've not tried yet because I don't have a
momentary switch handy). However, the transition you're talking about
should still take place when I change the switch state from ON to OFF:
I chose an on/off switch simply because I don't want to keep a pedal
pressed all the time.

I tried assigning MW to SceneSel and I noticed that when the MW is at
zero the first scene gets selected, moving it about halfway selects
the second scene and moving it all the way up selects both scenes. So
I suspect that a continuous controller (and a certain amount of foot
dexterity) might be necessary.
Anyone has first-hand experience on this?

Thanks very much for your help,
Lou
