Hi Ondrash,
As a technician, I can tell you that the advice you have been given so
far is excellent.
First: Take out the screws on the bottom and look at the circuit board.
Wherever you see a cable plugged into a socket, remove it and plug it
back in. Maybe only one pin is weak and just doing this will fix the
problem.
Second: You might try resetting it to the factory defaults. This
involves holding down a combination of buttons when you power the unit
on. Check the back of your manual to determine how to do this.
Third: If this doesn't work, then you may have to have the "keyboard
matrix" repaired. This is very easy for a technician and will involve
the replacement of a diode worth under a dollar.
