<p dir="ltr">Surely you can synthesise a singles sided PCB by etching all the copper off one side of a double dises PCB and not specifying a solder mask layer.</p>

I've used Advanced Circuits, Prototron, Circuit Services Northwest, and OSH Park. None of those offer single-sided PCB options, so perhaps the low prices you're seeing are just dumping of old stock?<br>
