The 2/3 (6000 pages) from 1972 - 1999 were mainly offered for sale in hard-copy paper</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
form. We just reprinted individual volumes as needed to fill incoming orders in</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
quantities of about 25 in hopes of leveling off. About half of this paper</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
(3000 pages) was sold down. However, the other half had been recklessly overprinted</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
over the years when we had our own copier, and thus no new copies (and no scans)</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
were EVER made. Our commercial printer of 25 years has generously provided their</div>
<div style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)">
working scans. We are slowly working on obtaining quality scans of the missing items.</div>

We shall see how our continued efforts play out. Everything is much harder than people here have claimed! </div>
