It seems like there wasn’t a general consensus on what should be done. I find it a terrible shame that people who want access to the materials and are willing to pay for them are unable to find them anywhere.<br>

I am hesitant to share with anybody, even if they can prove ownership, but if Bernie is not able or willing to distribute them, it seems like time for a new path.<br>

I will try to get in touch with him directly, but I have a feeling that he hasn’t suddenly had a change of heart regarding PDFs.<br>

I am unable to proceed alone in this decision. Once it is released into the wild, there is no taking that PDF back!<br>
