    Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 2114 and the

    6514 SRAM? There are a few variants with different read/write times,

    but in general I can't find any real difference in the datasheets.

    (again this is for my OB-Xa, which uses two 2114 and two 6514 - the

    6514 are missing, quite likely replaced by a 6116 on the JLCooper

    MIDI-interface board).<br>
