It does 2.4 GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz bands – you can see others around you that might interfere with you. From there you can move the frequency of the 2.4G and 5G (presumably also 6G if you have it – I have none) within the modem so you get as free as is possible channel. I would imagine 2.4G would be sufficient for MIDI, though that really depends on what else is sharing the channel.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>As always, network bandwidth is shared, the less “other” devices the more you “should” have available for MIDI. The nearest house is about 50 feet away from my house. Is it possible that WiFI radiation from a nearby house can interfere with my WiFI. I don't know any way of debugging this. Based on my observations, I believe reliably delivered time accurate MIDI over WiFi is not possible because of occasional timing errors. I've had some good and bad results when using it over WiFi. I <br>haven't tried using ethernet cables yet.
