Water based, smells nice (if you like that kind of smell) and does <br>
marvelous job. It can be dirty as hen house floor and still does its <br>
magic. Unlike IPA, which only takes one drop of dirt in 5L tank to make <br>
it unuseable.<br>
I change mine only every couple of years.<br>
