Bandwidth
is generally not a problem today. GMail and Yahoo both have a 25 MB
limit. Outlook (the artist, sorry, e-mail host previously known as
Hotmail) has a 20 MB limit I think. A limit of 20 MB would comfortably
fit about 4 images taken with a typical phone camera. 10-20 MB sounds
like a reasonable limit. Just starting to watch a Youtube video would
slurp more bandwidth within a couple of minutes.

Two potential problems:
1) A few people have job/university/private e-mail addresses that may
render such large attachments undeliverable.
2) This might start to fill up the list archive server. This
*shouldn't* be a problem since even cheap server hosts typically offer
many gigabytes of storage these days, but something to watch out for.
