<div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I have an original Prophet-5 (Curtis chips inside). It has a one-touch tuning button that works great. It always succeeded in tuning for me. So it was never difficult to tune my P5. It does drift as the system warms up after a cold start but it eventually stabilizes. Pressing the tune button again fixes tuning very well. One trick to get a fat P5 sound is to avoid tuning (and hope for the best).</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I know all 10 VCOs were tuned. I don't know about the filters but I strongly doubt they were tuned (only important if the VCFs are set to self oscillate). VCOs are clearly the most temp sensitive components.</div><div><br></div>
