<p class="MsoNormal">There are a few ISP’s that are very tough on mailing list traffic, though: <a href="http://cox.net">cox.net</a> and the various
<a href="http://gmx.com">gmx.com</a> variants are the biggest offenders. <a href="http://Cox.net">
Cox.net</a> is the worst and delays messages up to 5 days (and then the mailing list just gives up). Too many of those and the list automatically unsubscribes you. Gmx refuses a message for maybe a few hours or max ~1 day. Over the past years I’ve tried all
kinds of things to get past these restrictions (including trying to contact someone at those ISP’s), but this is what it is. I know that even mailing list specialist
<a href="http://groups.io">groups.io</a> has trouble delivering to <a href="http://cox.net">
cox.net</a>.<o:p></o:p></p>
