<DIV>Doing "reply to all" should include both. That's what it did here: for me
it included both you and the list. You're in the To: address and the list in
the Cc: address. Why it doesn't do that for you is hard to tell. Maybe it's a
configuration setting in your client. Try looking into that.</DIV>

handled changed in this forum? I used to be able to just click "Reply
All" and it would go to the whole list. Not anymore. Now I have
to find the list name in my address book and add it manually. Please
change it
