This is some kind of golden age for analogue synths. We have all the analogue chips we could possibly want, but this time around we have *far* more powerful processors to control it all with. Sort of. There's a company in Singapore who will strip off each layer of an IC and generate new masks but also an accurate schematic of the IC so you can make an exact clone or an improved version should you so wish. But they can only give you an estimate
of deposition times and so you need to run a full trial and errors runs to get that right.<br class="">
