rereading the original email, I see that the actual desired voltage range is 0V 

to 3.3V, not 3V.  This is a non-inverting gain of 27.5% and an inverting 

gain of -27.5% for a level shift of 1.375V from a -5V reference.  Both 

can be achieved with the same resistor pair again (120k and
