No, I operate the circuit at +/-15V (and sometimes +/-12V). It's just that<br/>
+/-18V seems to be the common standard for power supply ratings. I just<br/>
wanted to avoid being presented with a bunch of options for +/-5V or +/-3V.<br/>
So many of the awesome SMD options seem to involve these very small power<br/>
supply ratings. It seems that everything is a cellphone now.</div>
