<p>Above an individual has apparently offered to use equipment belonging to his employer (a university) to scan some Electronotes and give them to me for free.  That wonderful imaginary word "free".  If scans are not paid for, they can not be used commercially.

 So much for a business plan!   So - a non-starter.  </p>
