<p>They don't say explicitly as far as I can see, but the internal
diagram shows FETs.</p>
<p>I am doing a design that has 11 dual amps in it and noise became
an issue. The OPA1678 really helped. I guess that's why I'm liking
it. <br>

Somewhat higher supply current compared to TL074, and a tiny bit
