<div>The trick is to clean the solder off from all the pads using sucking wick, then put a drop of new solder on just one of the pads. If necessary, apply some extra flux on it.<br>Hold the component in place with tweezers, so that one of the legs rest on the drop of solder, and the others are aligned with their respective pads. Solder the leg into the solder drop. If the alignment is off you can still correct it since only one leg is soldered.</div>
<div>When the component is nicely in place and fixated by the one leg, it is easy to solder the other legs.</div>
